BioFront Technologies has developed the first comprehensive line of monoclonal antibody-based ELISA assay kits (MonoTrace ELISAs) for the detection of allergen protein contamination in a variety of food samples. CROSS-REACTIVITY 交叉反应

At concentrations as high as 100,000 ppm,  no cross-reactivity was observed in a large panel of assayed samples, including: sesame seed, mustard seed, sunflower seed, soy, lentils, green pea, chickpea, kidney beans, lima beans, walnut, hazelnut, peanut, pistachio, cashew, macadamia nut, pine nut, coconut, chestnut, Brazil nut, and pine nut.
