BioFront Technologies has developed the first comprehensive line of monoclonal antibody-based ELISA assay kits (MonoTrace ELISAs) for the detection of allergen protein contamination in a variety of food samples. CROSS-REACTIVITY 交叉反应

At concentrations as high as 10,000 ppm, cross-reactivity (below 1%) was observed in walnut, hazelnut, and pecan.  No cross-reactivity seen with peanut, pistachio, cashew, macadamia nut, and pine nut.
