CNAS认可项目：是 - REACH法规已于2007年6月1日正式生效。它颁布的目的是确保高水平地保护人类健康和环境，促进替代化学品危险性的评价方法以及化学品在内部市场的自由流通，加强竞争力和创新能力。某些物质自身、或在配制品或制品中，附件XVII包含对其的限制，则其不能被制造、投放市场或使用，除非其遵守限制条件。 The regulations of REACH has became effective from 1st of June,2007. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment, including the promotion of alternative methods for assessment of hazards of substances, as well as the free circulation of substances on the internal market while enhancing competitiveness and innovation. A substance on its own, in a preparation or in an article, for which Annex XVII contains a restriction shall not be manufactured, placed on the market or used unless it complies with the conditions of that restriction. 伴随着SVHC候选清单和附录XVII的不断更新，REACH要求欧盟的供应商也要不断加强。为了滿足新的SVHC和附录XVII的要求，相关企业应当随时留意候选清单的进展情况并及时釆取相应措施。 With the update of SVHC candidate list and Annex XVII, REACH requirements on EU suppliers are also strengthened. In order to comply with the new SVHC and Annex XVII requirements, relevant enterprises should pay attention to progress of the candidate list at all times and take measures timely.
