CNAS认可项目：是 - 从2013年10月1日起，欧盟委员会决定，EN ISO 20471:2013《高能见度服装-测试方法和要求》将取代EN471:2003+A1:2007《专用高能见度警示服-测试方法和要求》成为欧盟安全反光服的新协调标准。自2013年10月1日起，所有根据EN471测试的安全反光服的EEC验证证书将失效;所有安全反光服在投放欧盟市场前都应符合EN ISO 20471:2013标准的要求。根据要求，新版EN ISO 20471:2013反光服标准与旧版EN471:2003+A1:2007标准的主要区别主要包括以下七个方面： 一是清洗周期过后应满足颜色和亮度的要求; 二是耐汗渍色牢度沾色的染色要求将从3级改为最低4级; 三是编织材料的拉伸强度要求更改为最低100牛; 四是针织材料的破裂强度要求改为至少100千帕(50平方厘米的测试面积)和最低200千帕(7.3平方厘米的测试面积); 五是单层或多层服装的物理性能测试，透气指数(RET)不能大于5平方米帕/瓦特。如果透气指数超过5平方米帕/瓦特，必须测量并确定imt≥0.15; 六是反光材料的各项性能级别没有区分，要求与EN 471的2级一样; 七是新的标志更改。 EN20471认证适用产品范围：反光服/反光衣/反光背心/荧光布/反光条/反光材料/交通警示服装等。 High-visibility warning clothing for professional use (EN 20471) 反光服 Test item（测试项目）： Design criteria Background material Chromaticity - As received Chromaticity - After xenon test Colour fastness to rubbing Colour fastness to perspiration Colour fastness to washing Colour fastness to dryclean (if applicable) Colour fastness to hypochlorite bleaching (if applicable) Colour fastness to hot pressing (if applicable) Dimensional stability to washing Dimensional stability to dryclean (if applicable) Tensile strength Bursting strength (for knitted fabric) Tearing strength (For coated fabrics or laminates) Water vapour resistance (if applicable) Retroreflective material Retroreflective - As received Retroreflective - After abrasion Retroreflective - After flexing Retroreflective - After folding at cold temperature Retroreflective - After temperature variation Retroreflective - After washing Retroreflective - After dryclean (if applicable) Retroreflective - After influence of rainfall CE Certificate Consultancy Sevice for Writing Up CE Certification Technical File CE Certification CE Certification Management Fee including Test Report, Courier, Bank Exchange Fees Remarks: 1. * Number of washing/dryclean cycle depends upon garment care label 2.
