溶解：The maximum concentration of type II collagen in acidic buffer is 4 mg/mL.       In order to neutralize     this product, add this collagen solution to a desired neutral buffer such as 2-10X Tris-NaCl (the    final concentration of NaCl: 0.15-0.2M)     or dialyze       against 1X neutral buffer at 4°C.

Note 1: Although type II collagen does not form gel at a low      concentration, it is recommended to keep     collagen solution on ice.
