SGS材料实验室是SGS集团在中国设立的重点实验室之一，测试对象为高分子材料、金属材料、建筑材料等等。测试项目有物理力学性能、成分分析、热学性能、电学性能、燃烧性能、光学性能、成分分析、耐候老化性能、环境模拟试验、可靠性能、金相分析、镀层分析、无损探伤、尺寸测试、腐蚀测试、失效分析、器具计量等等。

【SGS材料实验室服务项目】

1. 建筑材料测试与认证： 石材CE认证、瓷砖CE认证、地板CE认证、其它建筑产品CE认证； 石材瓷砖、板材、无机板材吊顶、玻璃、门窗、建筑五金、脚手架、绝热保温材料、塑料管道及管件、建筑化学、防火等测试、大幕墙测试；

2. 化学环保测试：RoHS、REACH SVHC、卤素、邻苯Phthalate、偶氮AZO、CPSIA、加州CA 65、19项可溶性重金属EN 71-3、多环芳烃PAHs、石棉、有机锡化合物、甲醛、TVOC、MSDS等测试；

3. 高分子物理测试：塑料/橡胶/涂料/压敏胶带/胶黏剂等高分子材料的物理性能、电学性能、热学性能、燃烧性能、高分子材料成分定性、成分定量等测试；

4. 耐候老化测试：紫外UV老化、氙灯老化、碳弧灯老化、卤素灯老化、橡胶臭氧老化、热空气老化、老化后色差/灰标评价、机械性能变化等测试；

5. 可靠性试验：高低温、温湿度循环、温度冲击、振动、机械冲击、跌落、防尘防水、高压清洗、按键疲劳和寿命测试，插拔疲劳和寿命等测试；

6. 金属材料测试：力学性能、成分分析、硬度测试、金相分析、镀层厚度、尺寸测量、耐腐蚀性（盐雾、晶间腐蚀）、NDT无损探伤、焊工考试、焊接工艺评定等测试；

7. 仪器设备校准服务：设备送检或工程师上门到厂服务；

SGS material laboratory is one of the key laboratories of SGS group in China. The test objects are polymer materials, metal materials, building materials and so on. Test items are physical mechanical properties, composition analysis, thermal properties, electrical properties, combustion properties, optical properties, composition analysis, weathering performance, environmental simulation test, reliable performance, metallographic analysis, coating analysis, nondestructive testing, size test, corrosion test, failure analysis, measuring instruments and so on.

【SGS industry materials lab services】

1. Building materials testing and certification: CE certification for Stone, ceramic tile, floor tiles and other building products; stone tile, sheet, plate glass, inorganic ceiling, doors and windows, building hardware, scaffolding, insulation materials, plastic pipes and fittings, chemical, building fire test, Curtain wall test, etc.

2. Chemical testing: RoHS, REACH, SVHC, Phthalate, AZO, CPSIA, California CA 65, EN 71-3 19 soluble heavy metals, PAHs, asbestos, organotin compounds, TVOC, MSDS, formaldehyde test, etc.

3. Polymer physics testing: plastic / rubber / paint / pressure-sensitive adhesive tape / adhesive polymer materials physical properties, electrical properties, thermal properties, combustion performance, polymer material qualitative and quantitative composition test, etc.

4. Weathering aging test: UV aging, UV xenon lamp aging, carbon arc lamp and halogen lamp aging rubber aging, ozone aging, heat aging and aging color / gray scale evaluation, changes in the mechanical properties test, etc. 

5. Reliability testing: high and low temperature, temperature and humidity cycle, temperature shock, vibration, mechanical impact, drop, dustproof, waterproof, high pressure cleaning, key fatigue and life test, plug fatigue and life test, etc.

6. Metal material testing: mechanical properties, chemical composition analysis, hardness testing, metallographic analysis, coating thickness, size measurement, corrosion resistance (salt fog, intergranular corrosion), NDT nondestructive testing, examination of the welders, welding procedure qualification test, etc.
