  • 从2016年4月20日开始,新EMC指令2014/30/EU就已生效并现已予以执行，新EMC指令替代了原有的2004/108/EC指令。

    特别需要说明的是原R&TTE指令中常用的EN 301 489-1标准，现已归入到了EMC指令中，因此严格的说RED指令（替代原R&TTE指令）已经不再含有EMC方面的要求。客户依据RED指令申请相关认证时也可不考虑其它指令中的要求，而仅要求完成RED指令中所对应协调标准部分的测试。这样实际上对复杂射频产品来说，申请RED指令比R&TTE指令要求还大大简化了。但华检检测也需要说明的是我们并不鼓励客户简化测试要求，且此“漏洞”在欧盟范围内已有所争议，未来规则上可能也会再做调整。
