Applicant should submit mandatory document that approved by top management or the
appointed representative :
• Company profile data
• Quality Manual and certificate of ISO 9001 / ISO/TS 16949 (if available is more advantage)
• Legal documents (Copy of Business permit issued by The government of applicant, Tax Registration
Number)
• Certificate of Mark registration issued by Directorate General of Intellectual Property, Ministry of
Law and Human Rights, Indonesia
• And other document to be filled required by TRID (Client Application and Conformity Declaration)

Testing:
1.Minimum Marking : SNI Mark, Date of manufacture 4 digits, Tread wear
